Midnight blue. A thousand lotuses!
Woven on a traditional handloom by master artisans of Odisha, the body of this saree is alive with delicate hand-woven lotus motifs ,scattered across the fabric like flowers floating on still water. Each motif is worked in ivory thread, crisp against the midnight blue, carrying the timeless symbolism of purity and grace.
The pallu is where the weaver's artistry truly unfolds a bold ikat-patterned border in stripes of blue, magenta, and white, alive with geometric rhythm. A contrasting magenta border runs the length of the saree, grounding the richness of the blue and lifting the entire drape.
