By completing a purchase with Kuvinda Weaves through this website or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return and Shipping policies, which form part of our Terms and Conditions and are binding upon purchase. All sales are final; we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, and customers are strongly encouraged to schedule a complimentary video call at +91 9556166005 or kuvindweaves@gmail.com prior to purchase to verify color, texture, and product details. As our sarees are authentically handwoven on traditional looms, natural variations in weave, texture, thread, and color are inherent characteristics of handloom artistry and do not constitute defects or grounds for return or replacement. Replacements — not refunds — will only be considered where a product is received physically damaged due to transit, provided the customer contacts us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence and the packaging has not been tampered with, with replacement subject to product availability and our sole assessment of the evidence provided. All delivery timelines are estimates only; Kuvinda Weaves' responsibility for an order ceases upon handover to the courier partner, and we shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring during transit, failed deliveries due to incorrect address information, or customs duties and import taxes applicable to international orders. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kuvinda Weaves' total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of that order, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any aspect of the purchase, shipping, or delivery. This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Kuvinda Weaves reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with the policy in effect at the time of purchase applying to that transaction.

Standard shipping is free to most pin codes across India. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be processed within 2–3 business days and dispatched with full tracking details shared via SMS or email.

Packaging
Every saree is carefully folded, wrapped in protective tissue, and packed in a secure outer box to prevent transit damage. If your package appears damaged or tampered with from the outside upon arrival, please do not open it — take photographs immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email along with the name of the courier partner. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time on the courier's website.
