No Statutory Right to Return for Change of Mind
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kuvinda Weaves does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Customers are strongly advised to utilize our complimentary pre-purchase video consultation service to verify color, texture, and product details prior to placing an order.

Nature of Handloom Products

Kuvinda Weaves deals exclusively in authentic, handwoven textile products. The customer expressly acknowledges that:

Handloom products by their inherent nature contain natural variations in weave, texture, thread count, and color
Such natural variations are not manufacturing defects and do not constitute grounds for return, refund, or replacement
Minor color differences between product images displayed on screen and the actual product are expected and are not considered a defect
These characteristics are internationally recognized as inherent to handloom and artisan-crafted textiles

Damaged or Defective Goods

Kuvinda Weaves will honor a replacement , not a refund ,solely in the following circumstances:

The product is received in a physically damaged condition, including but not limited to rips, tears, or structural damage caused during transit
The customer notifies Kuvinda Weaves in writing via email at kuvindweaves@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/phone at +91 9556166005 within 24 hours of delivery
The customer provides photographic or video evidence of the damaged product and its original packaging at the time of reporting
The product packaging has not been tampered with or opened where external damage is clearly visible.
Kuvinda Weaves reserves the right to assess the evidence provided and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement is warranted. Replacement is subject to product availability.

All Sales Are Final

At Kuvinda Weaves, every saree is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind creation woven by skilled artisans. Because of the deeply personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

To make sure you are completely confident in your choice, we warmly invite you to schedule a video call with us before placing your order. This gives you the chance to see the true color, texture, and weave of the saree up close because screens can never fully do justice to the beauty of handloom silk.
