A saree that speaks before you do!

This exquisite Fourply Mulberry Silk Saree from the looms of Odisha is a masterclass in the ancient art of double ikat weaving ,where every thread is resist-dyed with precision before a single pass of the shuttle begins. What emerges is a fabric of rare depth, weight, and visual power.

The Body A rich crimson red field blazes across the body, alive with row upon row of bold Pasapali-inspired geometric motifs ,square-within-square forms rendered in golden yellow, ivory white, and deep black with the characteristic feathered edges of true ikat. These are not printed patterns. They are woven in, thread by thread, carrying the patience of the master weaver in every inch.

The Border & Pallu The saree is anchored by a commanding midnight black border, dotted with delicate white buti in rhythmic repeat , a classic Sambalpuri design vocabulary that has adorned Odishan women for generations. The black pallu unfolds with quiet grandeur, carrying the same geometric motifs now reversed in tone , golden squares on black creating a stunning visual counterpoint to the body.
