A Weave Lost to Time, Reclaimed by Hand
The Vina Colley · Pure Silk · Zari Gold Border Heritage Revival Collection Odisha
Nine decades ago, the looms of Odisha gave birth to the Vina Colley , a weave so intricate, so soulful, that its very name was whispered like a legend. Then silence. The pattern vanished, carried away by the tides of time.
Today, our master weaver brings it back to life. Not as a relic but as a living, breathing masterpiece.
Reimagined in midnight navy pure silk, deep as the Bay of Bengal at dusk, against a border ablaze with rust gold zari, this saree is the rare meeting of a forgotten craft and a modern soul.
Each gold buta scattered across the body is hand-woven a meditation in thread. The grand pallu unfolds as an architectural marvel of zari.
This is not just a saree. It is 90 years of silence finally speaking.
