Where Sacred Motifs Meet Timeless Silk !
Shankha , Diya & Padma Mofits.
Steeped in the richness of deep coffee brown, this exquisite fourply mulberry silk saree is a study in sacred contrasts. Scattered across the lustrous body are hand-woven Shankha (conch) and Diya on Padma (lotus) butis rendered in ivory white , two of Odisha's most revered temple motifs floating effortlessly against the dark, velvety ground, each one a quiet invocation of devotion and grace.
The border tells its own story. A bold crimson red runs along the edge, anchored by a crisp zigzag ikat trim that frames the body with precision and energy. The pallu unfolds in deep, dramatic red striped in structured black bands that build toward a wide, commanding base. The interplay of dark body and vivid pallu creates a visual tension that is at once striking and deeply harmonious.
Woven in fourply mulberry silk, the saree carries a weight and drape that speaks for itself smooth, luminous, and fluid the kind that settles into perfect folds with every wear.
