Silver Zari Florals on Wild Silk!
This saree is an encounter with two great Indian textile traditions , the earthy richness of Tussar silk and the luminous grandeur of Banarasi weaving. The ground is a deep, soul-saturated violet, the colour of twilight over a temple tank, textured by Tussar's naturally slubbed wild-silk surface that no other fabric can replicate.
Scattered across the body, small silver zari butis catch the light with each movement — restrained, exquisite, never loud. The real drama unfolds at the border: a wide band of intricate silver zari weave carries an unbroken procession of circular floral medallions, framed top and bottom by delicate geometric guards. The pallu blooms into full Banarasi splendour , bold botanical motifs of flowering plants rendered in sterling silver zari, framed by the same medallion border, creating a drape that commands any room it enters.
